(More customer reviews)cleaner works very well, but be sure to rinse runoff from the side of trailer, to avoid streaking. treatment went on very well, and seems to be lasting and coating very well, I would recommend the product to anyone.My trailer is 31 ft. long and it didn't use up all the product, probably have enough left to recoat next spring. I used a sponge mop and a paint roller pan.

(More customer reviews)Strong enough to clean by very dirty rubber roof, but gentle enough to preserve the delicate caulking and surface.You will need to use the whole bottle if cleaning for the first time in years and a bit expensive.Subsequent cleanings will only use an 1/8 - 1/4 of the bottle.You will have to wash down the rest of the RV since all that chaulky residue runs down hill.
