(More customer reviews)Easy install if you are a little bit mechanically/electrically inclined.Took me 45 minutes to mount and wire it, but i didn't have to remove my headliner, so some installs may be a bit more tricky.Stereo shop wanted $400 for install, so i'm glad i did it myself.As for the quality, it is simple in design, but the video looks great.I use my car stereo speakers, so i haven't tried out the IR feature for headphones, but i plan on getting a set of headphones in the near future.Keep in mind this is not a DVD player, only a monitor.I have an in dash DVD player with video output to this screen.For the price of this unit, it gets all 5 stars.

(More customer reviews)We got shipped a similar model to this that takes the disc in a pop-open back of the screen.In all other respects it is the same player so we had it professionally installed without noticing.I don't know if the 103F would have a similar problem, but it never did play a movie all the way through.Great, consistent picture, but toward the end of each movie the screen would go black as the mechanism started banging in the case.They were all new movies and it was frustrating on a 36-hour trip to never finish a show.Furthermore, the remote wouldn't work from most places in the vehicle without severely pressing the buttons (you have to get lucky), and like our previous player the RF/FM sound is barely audible at highway speeds even turned all the way up.We replaced the previous one (a Delco), which we had three of, for disc loading breakages.Just wish they could all make this mature technology work for us!
