(More customer reviews)These crossbars fit my 2009 Kia Sedona's roof rails perfectly.They are easy to install.They will actually fit any Sedona of the 2006 and up generation, but I think the description only said '2008'.
However, since the Kia is not fitted with notched roof rails like most cars, these crossbars simply clamp onto the roof rails with friction.This means you have to measure from some fixed point to align them properly, and it requires two people to move them so the ends move together (the rubber inserts are a very close fit to the roof rails).
You also have to use some judgment in how far to tighten the clamping screw before locking it into place - the product provides no guidance for this.You don't want to overtighten the clamps and break them.
So, they are not a simple 'snap and slide' sort of crossbar.
Their recommended spacing is a little too close together for my taste, so I slid them farther apart slightly (~ 2" each bar) to accomodate what I was carrying.
But these crossbars are very strong, and we've already hauled a 20 cu. ft. rooftop carrier box on them - fully loaded with camping equipment - with no problem.
