(More customer reviews)Imagine my surprise when I read the small print in the instructions where it says:"Do not travel with an empty hardshell at speeds over 40 MPH..."It then goes on to say the minimum weight is 50 lbs to avoid the 40 MPH restriction.
Wow!So when I get to the campsite, I have to either remove the whole thing or put other stuff in there.I'll keep mine as I don't plan to use it much and can store it at my destination.But I didn't see any mention of this on Amazon... the buyer should know this!!!
Aside from that, it's fair to good... the build doesn't exceed the price point.
One last thing... mine says "SportRack".Looks the same and all, but I have yet to see the word "Valley".
Update:I have downgraded the rating to one star.The more I think about this, the more I think the 40 MPH issue is unacceptable.This certainly should have been disclosed on the product listing.
